Description
A cuvee of two vintages, 2022 and 2023. This sparkling wine has a beautiful balance between freshness and flavour. Both vintages were fermented in 4-5 year old ex-use chardonnay barrels. The grapes are picked early, to retain freshness and acidity. Tirage of the base wine was completed in August 2023 and the bottles were then disgorged in May 2024.
