Description
A very rare and interesting Italian variety. This wine is full bodied with a luminous straw-yellow hue, typical of variety. 2023 saw a mild summer which allowed more time on the vine, perfectly sound fruit, and balanced acidity. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented with no adds. The wine was kept on lees for 6 months before bottling with minimal sulphites.
